We had the pleasure of planning Minh and Fred’s wedding at the stunning Catholic Vietnamese Kohl Mansion Wedding a fantastic venue for couples looking for elegance and charm. Their two-day celebration beautifully blended Catholic and Vietnamese traditions, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for family and friends.
The first day began with a heartfelt Catholic ceremony at a local church. From our initial meetings, it was clear that faith was central to Minh and Fred. Collaborating closely with a skilled local priest, we ensured the ceremony felt intimate and meaningful. Decorative touches like soft white florals and glowing candles enhanced the sacred atmosphere, making the church a serene space for their vows. After the ceremony, we hosted a lovely lunch that allowed guests to relax and enjoy each other’s company, setting the stage for the exciting festivities ahead.
Day two centered around the Vietnamese tea ceremony, a cherished tradition that honors family and community. We designed a beautiful setup with lush pink and blue flowers that reflected Minh and Fred’s cultural heritage. The tea ceremony featured a whole roasted pig, symbolizing prosperity, alongside a delightful fusion of French cuisine from our trusted catering partner, Le Papillon. Guests enjoyed the culinary offerings, uniquely celebrating both cultures.
The reception followed, transforming into a joyful gathering filled with laughter and connection. We included elements such as caricature artists and fairy tale-themed decor, adding a whimsical yet elegant touch. As the night progressed, guests embraced the celebration by hitting the dance floor to lively music. The highlight was the stunning wedding cake, designed to illustrate Minh and Fred’s love story—a centerpiece that perfectly captured the essence of their special day.
