How is it Done?
During the ceremony, the couple kneels before their respective parents and serves them tea as a powerful expression of gratitude and respect. This act symbolizes the joining of two families and the promise of mutual support.
After honoring the parents, the couple serves their grandparents, then their oldest uncles, aunts, and siblings.
